Backdrop printing & rental FAQs
How much does it cost to rent a backdrop frame in Colombo?
The standard 10 ft × 8 ft frame is LKR 10,000 for the first day and LKR 8,000 for each additional day. The larger 12 ft × 8 ft frame is LKR 11,000 for the first day and LKR 9,000 for each additional day.
What is included in the rental price?
For venues inside our supported Colombo service area, the rental price includes delivery, frame assembly, dismantling after use, and pickup after the event. There is no separate charge for these.
Is the printed backdrop included in the frame rental price?
The rental prices are for the frame. If you'd like us to print the backdrop that goes on it, choose gloss (LKR 130/sq. ft.) or matte (LKR 150/sq. ft.) in the rental form — printed at the frame's size. The form shows the rental and printing estimates separately plus a combined total (e.g. 10 × 8 ft for 1 day with gloss printing: LKR 10,000 + LKR 10,400 = LKR 20,400). Final pricing and availability are confirmed by message. If you already have a printed backdrop, just tell us.
Can I order only the printed backdrop banner, without a frame?
Yes. Banner-only printing is available in two sizes — 10 ft × 8 ft (80 sq. ft.) and 10 ft × 12 ft (120 sq. ft.) — in gloss (LKR 130 per sq. ft.) or matte (LKR 150 per sq. ft.). No rental charges are added to banner-only orders.
How is the rental total calculated for more than one day?
Rental total = first-day rate + (number of additional days × additional-day rate). For example, a 10 × 8 ft frame for 3 days is LKR 10,000 + 2 × LKR 8,000 = LKR 26,000.
Is my frame booked once I send the form?
No — the form is a request. Our team checks frame availability for your dates and confirms the final price and arrangements with you by message before the booking is finalised.
Do you rent frames for events outside Colombo?
Send the request with your location. Arrangements outside the Colombo service area aren't included automatically, so we'll confirm by message whether we can do it and on what terms.
