1. Who we are

PrintNow.lk ("we", "us", "our") is a 24/7 printing service operating in Colombo & Suburbs, Sri Lanka. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices shown on the site at the time you place an order are the prices that apply to that order. For A4 printing, a night surcharge applies automatically for orders submitted between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, as shown in the price breakdown before you submit. For Flex Banner printing, price is calculated instantly from the size, quantity, and finishing options you select. Quote-based services (business cards, flyers, t-shirts, and similar) are priced individually once we review your requirements and confirmed with you before any payment is requested.

3. Payment

We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. Orders are marked "Pending Payment Verification" until we confirm your transfer against the order reference you were given. Printing begins only after payment is verified, except where we've agreed otherwise with you directly.

4. Your files & artwork

You're responsible for the content, accuracy, and formatting of any file or artwork you upload, and for making sure you have the right to reproduce it (including any logos, images, fonts, or designs it contains). We print files as submitted and don't proofread or edit content on your behalf unless you've specifically asked us to. We reserve the right to decline an order if the content is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Delivery & pickup

Self-pickup is free. Where we arrange delivery within Colombo & Suburbs, a delivery fee of LKR 100 applies. Islandwide courier delivery outside Colombo & Suburbs is available for LKR 450. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order free of charge before payment has been verified. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled, since the materials and time have already been committed. If we make an error on our end (wrong print, damaged output, etc.), we'll reprint the order or refund it at our discretion — just reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your order reference.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care with every order, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed or incorrect order — for example, a missed event or business opportunity. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. The version shown here is always the current one.
