How the price is actually calculated
PrintNow.lk prices flex/vinyl banners at a flat LKR 95 per square foot: Price = Width (ft) x Height (ft) x LKR 95. Enter your size into the calculator on the banner ordering page and the total updates instantly — no manual quote, no waiting for a reply to know what something costs.
- A 6ft x 3ft banner = 18 sq.ft x LKR 95 = LKR 1,710
- A 10ft x 4ft banner = 40 sq.ft x LKR 95 = LKR 3,800
- A small 3ft x 2ft banner = 6 sq.ft x LKR 95 = LKR 570
- Ordering more than one of the same size just multiplies by quantity — no separate bulk pricing tier to negotiate
What's included at that price
Finishing — eyelets for hanging, or a pocket for sliding the banner over a pipe or frame — adds a flat LKR 200 per banner if you pick either (or both). Unlike PrintNow.lk's A4 document printing, there's no night surcharge on banner orders and no per-order packing fee — the price is simply area x rate x quantity, plus finishing if selected, plus whatever delivery option you choose.
Delivery: self-pickup, arranged, or islandwide courier
Banner orders use the same delivery choices as everything else on the site: arrange your own pickup via PickMe Flash or Uber Parcel for free, have PrintNow book that pickup on your behalf, or ship via courier islandwide if you're outside Colombo & Suburbs. Banners aren't a Colombo-only product — islandwide delivery is available for anyone in Sri Lanka.

Upload your artwork directly on the order form as PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PSD, up to 25 MB. There's no design service bundled in today — this is print-your-own-artwork, so make sure your file is sized correctly (or close to your banner's aspect ratio) before uploading.
