Anyone who has applied for or updated their NIC online and needs the confirmation letter to complete the process in person.
How to use it
- 1. Log in to the DRP e-Services portal and generate your confirmation letter (you'll need your own portal login — we can't do this step for you).
- 2. Save the PDF it gives you.
- 3. Send it to PrintNow for a colour printout — most home/office printers can't do this reliably or cheaply.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my NIC confirmation letter need to be colour, not black & white?
DRP's e-Services portal generates the letter with security markings/QR codes that only validate correctly when printed in colour.
Not the official form itself — we link/host it for convenience. Always check Department for Registration of Persons (DRP) for the current, authoritative version before submitting.
